1. How to Fix Windows 8.1 Crashes

1 ROLLBACK RECENT UPDATES INSTALLATION
Some of the recently installed updates are faulty. Windows Update may have downloaded some updates which are not functioning properly.
1. Press the Windows Key and X keys simultaneously.
2. Open the Windows Search.
3. Open “View installed updates” from the Search.
4. Sort the updates by the date of installation.
