2. Dear Sir,
We cannot TRUST INVESTIGATING AUTHORITY i.e. LDM bank itself in out Present case as situation has
gone DOWN to Alarmingly LOW level in terms of Status of affairs at Banks at District Bulandshahr. As
advised by PMO Ambuj jis office, we’ve Registered the same under grievance
number PMOPG/E/2018/0150793.
However, May please note that somehow the knowledge of earlier complaint against the BM have
reached the SBI branch manager & BRANCH STANDS TO HAVE ENGULFED IN FIRE (RESULTING
INDAMAGING OF SOME key RECORDS AS WELL), and the manager is proceeding on long leave tomorrow
on wards. We seriously suspect wrong doings on part of BM itself.
a. Our private investigations have revealed found that the complete evidence of involvement of Decision
making authorities of District Bulandshahr viz. - LDM Bank From Lead Bank PNB Bulandshahr i.e. Mr.
Satpal Mehta AND team including his driver Mobile 9719242243 Had CHANGED SERVICE AREA for many
Villages like Tomri and few other Villages WITH THE HELP OF Fraudster's Community HAVING SBI Jan
Sewa Kendra License i.e. Mr Anoop Mobile 9927071884 and Mr. Chaman Mobile 9720340449. Which
used to be under Service Area of PNB Lakhaoti branch earlier.
b. We have strong reasons to believe that once again the Investigations will be one sided botched up
once again like earlier wherein a written clearance from aggrieved party was taken at the pretext of
clearing the case, the Nation is having these SCAM-sters winning over TIME AND AGAIN AS BEING
ALLOWED TO PROSPER TOGETHER.
Thus, we dont trust the justice can be done in OUR PRESENT COMPLAINT AS WELL, IF SAME LDM BANK
DEALS WITH IT.
c. Attaching PMEGP approval sheet Rejected by Bank also for which Bank is holding Mr Birjesh Kumar
Sharma since long having informed like -
A. SBI BM took some Letter of No Complaint against himself in previous case on pretext of clearing the
amounts
B. SBI BM has been long since almost past one month telling that He'll surely release funds for Mr
Birjesh asking him to take Commercial Electrical connection
C. Finally End of March He says your case has been disapproved go home, without issuing any
justifications and adequate clarifications OR letter as regards
D. When case was escalated to Mr Vikas Kumar Credit Manager Mobile Number 9068808112 BM gets
Mr. Birjesh informed once again that his case is NOT REJECTED.
AND It has been sent to Circle Office coming under authority of SBI CM, possibly knowing that SBI CM
will have to depend on him due to INR 10 Lac vested in BM itself.
WHY AND HOW SUCH A FLIP FLOP without involvement of FRAUDSTERS described AS ABOVE and any
Malafide intent on part of SBI AURANGABAD BULANDSHAHR UTTAR PRADESH BM himself possible

3. We understand, Branch Manager SBI Aurangabad is since going to get married shortly and is going on
Long leave 5th/6th of April.
HOPE IMMEDIATE ORDERS TO SUSPEND IN THIS CASE WILL ENABLE DELIVER A LOT OF LESSONS, AS -

4. Banks complete Inefficiency at all levels in handling Government Schemes and approvals, why am I
paying Bank officials while they are incapable of giving Service to Public -

In above case as we know both side story It's a case of TOTALLY botched up enquiry where-in -
A- Public Servants acted in safeguqrding their colleagues interests where-in there colleague in this case
Branch Manager, SBI Aurangabad Bulandshahar Uttar Pradesh is decently paid for Public Service Public
while
B - While, we have found person concerned to be working against Public Interests
C - Even using Illegitimate Means like getting facilitated with supply of Girls and Women against undue
favors towards facilitating his favored parties
Your enquiry surprisingly does not highlight any SUCH findings despite having complained at the highest
level against the concerned public servant
Also, No thought has been given over Compensation for the wasted time for the Individual who is trying
to setup his own business planned for it for one year sought government help in November while
despite government approvals not paid any dues
In my opinion Above is far-2 more challenging and difficult than carrying out a Public Service like being a

Details : It is to inform that, under PMEGP scheme your online application name: Birjesh Kumar Sharma and e-tracking ID:
KVUP17187027-3640039 dated 25.09.2017 was accepted by the concerned agency (KVIC) and sent to the DLTFC
meeting on 30.12.2017 for approval. After that the DLTFC approval was forwarded to the financial bank-branch
(SBI) as on 01.02.2018. But proposal it has been rejected by the concerned financial bank branch (SBI) as on
dated 09.02.2017 due to reason of “We have observed the above shortcoming in our initial scrutiny and prime
face. We will not be able t.” As per PMEGP scheme norms, Financial Bank Branch will take their own credit
decision on the basis of viability of each project. No collateral security will be insisted upon by Banks in line with
the guidelines of RBI for projects involving loan upto Rs 10.00 lakhs in respect of the projects cleared by the
DLTFC. However, they will appraise projects both technically and economically after ensuring that each project
fulfills inter alia the criteria of i) Industry ii) Per Capita Investmentii) Own Contribution iv) Rural Areas and v)
Negative List. It is essential that the applications cleared by the District Level Task Force Committee, also fulfill
these requirements at that stage itself so as to avoid delays in approval of loans in Financial Banks-branch. It is
therefore requested to contact concerned Financial Bank-Branch Manager for sanctioned of loan proposal. If
concerned financial bank-branch is not co-operating with you. Please contact to Chief Manager of concerned
financial bank’s District Head Office –OR- LDM, Lead Bank regarding sanction and pursue the matter in solving the
grievance.
