Project #1: Pharma Giant
South Star application is the Life Scan’s customer service and global complaint handling system and is
built on the Siebel 7.7 CRM eMedical application and also the “Adverse Events and Complaint
Management” (AECM) module is implemented for complaint handling.

2. South Star is also integrated with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), which provides voice-channel
support for call center agents using Siebel Business Applications

Project #3: Healthcare Account
In this project the accounting and transactions of a consumer is tracked which gets reflected in an ACTR
sheet. This project involves testing of the Mainframe which is generating that ACTR sheet which were
later validated to verify whether all the transactions are captured correctly so to validate this we had to
designed certain scenarios and test cases.
Roles & Responsibilities:

 Sending batch job sheets and maintaining tracks for each enrollment.
