1. Complete the StrengthsQuest assessments (20 mins approx).
Look at blog for instructions on how to complete!
Complete and hand in your reflection paper on Strengths within 5
mins of start of class
Paper should be minimum 1 page in length (and no longer than 2
pages), single spaced, 11 point font
2. Sign up to at least one BCC workshop in COOL
3. Book coaching appointment with BCC
