Victoria Knecht was hired to work in my Bakery as Barista and server. She was always early to
work, lending a hand even if she wasn’t on the clock. Likewise, she always stayed until the shop
was clean and ready for business the following day. Customers adore her, in fact she has been
the subject of quite a few great reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor. She would be an asset to any
business. She always has a smile on, greets everyone as they come in the door and never let
anyone feel forgotten. Even when the line was out the door! It was not uncommon for other
shop owners to solicit her to work for them. She always refused and remained loyal to us.
Her job description was as follows:
Barista, food runner/server, finishing pastry (icing and traying), Dishwashing, Wrapping food for
sale, running the shop completely unsupervised, Opening the shop and closing the shop.
keeping the shopping list up to date. She was also responsible for training new hires.
Victoria comes highly recommended.
