becomeweary,andneedaperiodofentirerestfromlabortorecovertheir
exhaustedenergies.Asecondmealshouldneverbeeatenuntilthestomach
hashadtimetorestfromthelaborofdigestingtheprecedingmeal.Ifathird
mealbeeatenatall,itshouldbelight,andseveralhoursbeforegoingtobed.
