Direct sales model. An investor could purchase wine directly from the producer at any stage of the wine life cycle,
including en primeur.
Storage in winery premises. Wine is stored in a winery for the en�re period of investment. Customer receives the
wine upon request / prior to its consuming.
Tokeniza�on. Every bo�le gets a unique number – token, which allows us to track the detailed informa�on about
this par�cular wine, as well as all the change of the property rights. This system en�rely excludes the possibility of

Regular wine evalua�on as per OIV standards. Investment basis for a certain wine represents its evalua�on
grades received at official tas�ng events using OIV methodology, usually conducted by well-known tasters.
Tasting wine assessment usually includes the wine’s ageing poten�al. Decision on investment in a certain wine
could be made on the basis of this assessment. Wineries should only present their wines at the contest organized
in compliance with the OIV methodology where the ageing poten�al is tested. Thus, any wine maker could
present an independent evalua�on of the investment a�rac�veness of wine to poten�al investors.
Online Investment. Investments can be made via online payments from any part of the world.
Commission rates. Use of blockchain technologies allows us to reduce considerably the commission rate, if
compared to the compe�tors.
