No needtolive inhallucinations.Noneedtoescape fromreality.Enoughof runningandhiding.It’stime

Whateverthe uncomfortable feelingsorthe emotionsthatyouare facing now,justobserve. Feel that
emotion/feeling. Isitmakingyoufeel uncomfortable?Painful?It’sokay.Justfeel it.Face it. Gothrough
it.Do not stepback. It’sokay.You are onlygoingtoget stronger.Surely,notgoingtodie.So,chillax.
The more youstart feelingyourfeelingswithoutjudgement of itaseitherbeautifulorpainful,the
