 A limited liability company incorporated in India under
Companies Act, 2013 in the month of August 2015
 Corporate Identity No. U74140DL2015PTC284060
 Virtual Support Services Pvt. Ltd., also called VSSPL
hereinafter, was set up as a result of our study on the causes
for high failure ratio of Start-ups. Our study revealed us that a
very major reason for such high ratio is the inability of those
start-ups to put in their efforts only and only to their core area
of operations and leave the balance areas particularly support
functions like HR, Finance, IT, Admin, Procurement and
Logistics to professional Service providers like VSSPL

 In a short span of less than one year, VSSPL has added few
National and International clients and target to have some
very top brands in its client’s logo
 VSSPL has a team of qualified professionals like Chartered
Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants,
Advocates, MBA’s and many more
 VSSPL has its core forte in professionally running complete
support functions of small to mid size entities.
 Slowly and gradually we have build our team and now we have
a strong team of 12 people in Delhi NCR region and expecting
to double it by end of Calendar Year 2016.
