Profile Summary
• I have been a Cinematographer for the past 25 years,started my career as a
freelance cinematographer since 1991.Except between 1996 and 1999, when I
was with Business India Television Network (Tvi) as a Senior Cameraman for
features,Documentaries and Studio Lighting.
• I’ve worked mainly for independent Directors, Advertising agencies and
production houses that cater to a large clientele.In addition to advertising
agencies and production houses,I have done award winning documentaries for
foreign Television Channels,national and international NGOs.
• As a Director of Photography my forte includes making Corporate films,
Commercials/Promos,Documentaries,Studio based multi camera
shoots,Events,Training films and Tele-serials/Fictions. My other areas of
expertise include A/V presentations, music videos and Wild life too.
• Apart from making documentary films and Corporate films, I’ve been Director of
Photography (Lighting) For Multi Camera Shoots for “Doordarshan” the
Indian national TV Network, and other National TV Channels. The programmes
include Social and Economic Discussions, Political Discussions, Electoral
debates, Weekly Business Reports and Entertainment Game/Music shows.
• Also I have directed/produced Training films for major brands like
Brittannia,Nokia,Airtel,Whirlpool,Dabur Reckkit Benkiser and lot of MNCs

technicians worked under my supervision.
I have worked as a DoP for five cameramen crew under such ambience,where
around three to five lakh people gather for a religious events in India like KUMBH
MELAs and URS festival in Ajmer for foreign television channels.
Also worked among three thousand people in LONDON for a Relegious
Documentary.
