With reference to your application dated March 15, 2016 on the subject, it is informed
that University of Central Punjab, Lahore is a chartered university in private sector. The
Higher Education Commission recognizes 3.5-year Master of Business Administration
(Banking and Finance) degree held by you from University of Central Punjab, Lahore
after B.Com/14-yearschooling as equivalent to corresponding Master of Business
Administration(Banking and Finance)/MS/M.Phil degree in the relevant field
involving 18-year of schooling.
It may also be noted that admission in a university for further education and
determination of suitability in relation to job requirement rest with the concerned
university and employing agency, respectively and this Commission has no role in
such issues.
