THE PROJECT
consists of a new building
on the USU Innovation
Campus to provide the
quality and type of
specialized space needed
to serve its growing
programs.
It will occupy the site
directly to the south of the
Phase I building currently
under construction and
will be connected via a
pedestrian bridge.

space for offices,
electronics and
computer testing
laboratories,
computer server
rooms, conference
rooms, and a
marketing board
room.

Existing facilities have
reached maximum
capacity and are
limiting new growth to
the Foundation. The
new facility will allow
for growth and for
consolidation and
eliminate the need for
building modifications
in leased space.

proceeds from bonds issued
