  • 39. Each group of students will have the opportunity to express itself in the festival through several art forms (singing, instrumental ensembles, theater…).

  • 41. The universities’ convention Will be a meeting point for participants and an instrument to deepen and strengthen relations among the participating universities.
  • 42. August 12-14, 2011 The city: Ávila
  • 43. WORLD HERITAGE CITY Ávila is a beautiful city located in the center of Spain, one hour from the Madrid airport, easily accessible and well served by public transport. In 1985 its walls and extramural Romanesque churches were designated a UNESCO world heritage site. The Congresses and Exhibitions Center “Lienzo Norte” will host this international event.
  • 44. La Feria de Universidades servirá de punto de encuentro entre los asistentes y como instrumento para profundizar y consolidar las relaciones entre las universidades participantes. Cradle of Teresa of Ávila St. Teresa of Ávila and St. John of the Cross were born in this city. Ávila has a rich historical, artistic and cultural heritage, as well as spectacular medieval walls.
