Skills and Experience:
Training: I have developed a Flagger training program for Ames
Construction used to train Flaggers on CDOT flagging standards. I
train employees on Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection,
Excavations, Respiratory Protection, GHS Standards, Rail Road
Worker Protection, and Forklift Certification.
Management: Responsibilities have included orientation and training of new
employees coming to work on a project, as well as investigating
and reporting on all near misses, incidents, accidents, and injuries
that occur on the project. Other responsibilities included managing
the worker’s compensation claims that came with those injuries.
Computers: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, One Drive, and
many mobile devices and applications such as iAuditor. Created
and developed an injury trend analysis, which included loss run
information to determine cost of injury types. This analysis helped
to determine when, where, and how injuries were occurring,
allowing our team to place an increased focus in those areas.
