RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. To represent the company as SPOC for all projects awarded and involve
in core execution on day to day basis by managing and guiding a team
of Project Engineers, Site Supervisor and other down lines as required.
2. Planning and detail analysis of the on-going and up-coming projects for
material requisition and project execution.
3. To represent as a Technical Lead from the Projects team during Pre-Bid and Post- Bid meeting.
4. To maintain a track of cash flow and payment cycle for the
projects awarded by processing the necessary documents as per
the PMC and client requirement as per the accepted payment
terms.
5. To handle the complete mechanical installation, conducted under

RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. To study the drawing and calculate complete Heat Load according to ASHRAE standards.
2. To prepare DBR on the basis of the calculated heat load to appoint suitable indoor units in a VRF
system.
3. To check the final drawings prepared by the designer for corrections and alterations.
4. Generate/Review material requisitions and handle procurement activities relating to contracts and
sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and Procurement department activities.
5. To handle the complete mechanical installation, conducted under controlled conditions as per updated
drawings, method statements, specification, checkpoints and work plan.
6. To ensure safety standards and procedures, implemented and followed in accordance with contract
requirements and company guidelines.
7. Provide technical assistance to the installation team as needed.
8. Serve as the Site Representative for all matters related to installation, quality and safety assurance of
mechanical works.
9. Evaluate the project execution to ensure compliance with standards for mechanical systems.
10. Finally commission each system with standard procedure and refrigerant quantity calculations.
11. To coordinate with other engineering discipline.
12. Investigate equipment and system failures or unexpected maintenance problems if any.
13. To monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and
budgets are met for these expenses.
