SWOT Analysis
Strengths
• The location is near the highway.
• The spaces surrounding the site are large and
can landscaped with green spaces.
• The location is well viewed overlooking the
river.
• The site is located in a healthy environment
that does not contain pollution pathogens.
Weaknesses
• There are no direct entrances and exits to the
site.
• Traffic congestion surrounds the site as it is a
busy area.
• The proximity of the site to the highway and
congestion leads to noise.
Opportunities
• The best and most important facade is the river-
front.
• Tourism in the place that is at the beginning of
the high quality of domestic tourism.
• The site is close to universities such as the Univer-
sity of Baghdad and Al-Nahrain.
• The site overlooks the Qadisiyah area and the
governmental area from the river.
Threats
• The proximity of the river and the climate may
operate using processors.
• The large areas surrounding the site can make it a
leisure center.
• Availability of river transportation helps to attract
joiners to the sports center.

VEHICALES CIRCULATION STUDY PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION STUDY
Traffic is crowded on the Jadriya Bridge between
times (8:00-2:30) because of the colleges near the
bridge.
The suggestion to enter the car from this side because it is
the side closest to the bridge, and cars reach it faster than the
other sides, just as the car park is on its way.
The presence of stairs on both sides of the bridge leads
to the site, but they will not have a sig- nificant impact
on pedestrian traffic near the site be- cause most of the
bridge traffic is for cars and the lack of pedestrians on it
Conclusion
It is also noted that pedestrian
traf- fic is crowded on one side
from Nah- rain University
and Baghdad University, and
this requires placing a special
entrance for pedes- trians on
this side.
