Purpose
Editor's Notes
The room is full of Kent’s finest Advisers, coaches and Mentors who are all familiar with the world of business support.
You have an intelligent audience who already know about upstream stuff, they’re interested in the offer.
Like the businesses we support, time is a precious commodity for those in the room. So to incentivise our speakers we’ll be running a competition for the most succinct presentation. A good chance to put your elevator pitches to the test
Let’s be honest with ourselves, these topics are as dry as a Theresa May’s throat on election night, so please give it some bounce.
Finally, you already have the respect of the room. It is accepted that you know what you’re doing and that your programme may be bigger than you’re letting on but please avoid the sales pitch. There’ll be plenty of time to impress the delegates over lunch.
My problem, is that I have lots of enquiries and signpost to many of you in the room. But you don’t know about? So how do you know it’s true?
I could copy you all in when I signpost but what would that mean for the Customer? Half a dozen phone calls, several diagnostics a clutch of action plans!
I’m measured on Customer satisfaction so you can see my dilemma.
