I/ Introduction:
My name is Nguyen Trong Tuan. I was born in Hai Phong, Vietnam on Aug. 5th
, 1992.
I study the program Bachelor of Science in Management: Business Management/
Accounting that is provided by Keuka College, USA.
I like cooking, playing football, and travelling. My dream is to become a chef and
have a restaurant in Italia.
My goals in the future are:
_Graduating the Keuka’s program;
_Applying to Logistics Department of Samsung Company on Sep, 2015;
working in this place in 3 years;
_Finding a good job and earning a lot of money from thirty to forty years
old;
_Learning to become a chef in forty years old;
_ Building a restaurant in Italia when forty-six years old.

I like this subject more than any subjects that I
have learned before. In this subject, my class
became a company with the name “iHands”; there
were five department in the company (Logistics, HR,
IT, Finance, Marketing). iHands did projects that
were very significance in community service (iRepair,
iHonor, iGiving, iHelmets). I and my partner – Thuy
Cuc were two managers of Logistics team with 8
other members (staffs). Our duties were harder
than any departments. However, organizing from
managers was well and exertion for all member in
Logistics, we were always finish our duties in
successful. I really proud of my Logistics team.
During this subject, I have learned about
management; organizing; planning; teamwork;
communication; listening; self-confident; enthusiasm;

short summary
In this subject, I am a leader of team that had four
people. We planned the project “Classroom Cleaning”.
It could be similar with the project iRepair on
subject FP401; however, because we had only four
persons, so the place that we choice to clean was
room 201 in building E. We cleaned the wall, fans,
windows, boards; we fixed all tables, chains, and
floor.
I studied some lessons about teamwork; leadership;
planning; self-confident; enthusiasm when I finished
this subject. Besides, Prof. Lynn gave an admonition
to encourage me, which was “nobody is perfect; if

you are step by step to try, you will make a lot of
successful”; that affected me a lot.

MKT220 gave me and my classmate a lot of
interesting. Our imagination was growing with the
project designing the new uniform with title
“Relationship between IS-VNU and Keuka College”.
The shirt of my team was not choice, but I feel
interest and happy because it was the first time
that I designed the new uniform for my School.
Besides, it was the first time in which I planned to
found a company with name “Milo Life Corp.” for
future.
Behind this subject, I felt that if I cannot do a
simple work, you can get difficult when you want to
do a hard work.

My communication hasn’t been good, so this subject
was helping me to develop the communication skills.
Mrs. Hanh who taught this subject asked our class
“Leader, Manager, Staff. Which do you want to

apply?”. It was very surprise that I was only person
chose Leader. I thought that if I chose to be a
Leader, I would develop my self-confident,
communication skills. It worked. After this subject,
I felt better than the time before in self-confident;
my communication skills have grown up a lot. I have
really felt happy about this successful.

This subject was taught by Mr. Brown. He is the
first person who has a big love with environment,
and I didn’t see anyone like him before. With the
project about “Recycle”, Mr. Brown helped us
develop in aware of protecting Earth. That is an
interested project. I was in a team with 3 people, we

founded an environment company and made products
that is recycle things (table, cup, board, clock…), all
of things were handmade by my team.
Protecting environment and doing Business have
relationship; it may be very bad if a company don’t
care about this relationship. For example, the
problem of Vedan company was in 2010 that they
infected the water of Thi Vai River. It is the lesson
for me when I do business in the future.
