- 18. Summary Compared with the case study, there is a totally different community in question. The Merrifield has all the necessary health care service, while Bill’s family need more health education as well as a social worker dedicated to help them find transportation, food voucher and healthcare (primarily prenatal care ).
- 19. Summary Bill’s family needs to consider whether or not his current environment is able to ensure his children’s safety. They need to learn coping and communication skills to solve their problems. Also, they may need a job to maintain their financial needs.

Editor's Notes
- Most of the homes built in the 1987’s in my living area. There are building new homes near on the Metro station and environs. In this area house price maintains stable with good quality.
- The shopping center, car dealer, or self-storage on the both sides of the main road. Also, has four parks with play-ground equipment, and track on the map.
- There is public transportation, and metro but no train station. People drives a care or uses transportation or rides a bike if you want. Some of the people walks around within short walking distance.
- Merrifield has an elementary, middle school and buses kids in from all over the city. Indeed, has seven Inova universities and a couple of online universities. There has Korean, Vietnamese and Caucasian churches.
- According to city-data.com (2017) “ Estimated per person income in 2015: $50,775 (it was $32,819 in 2000).” The majority of households are Caucasian, then Asia.
- Fire and rescue service all available in the Merrifield.
- The Merrifield has seven hospital and medical center service around all about 2 miles away.
- Many empty homes and lots are available. Night life activity and gang activity increase crime rate and drug offences. Many people is driving after drinking alcohol. Foreign-born population percentage significantly above state average. (city-data.com, 2017).
