4. 10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones;
for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always
behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. (New
Testament, Matthew, Chapter 18)
5. Matt 19
2 And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them
there. (New Testament, Matthew, Chapter 19)
Isn't his healing of the sick and being followed by
the multitudes, have the same effect as if he had
jumped from the pinnacle of the temple? Those who
witness the miracles are being converted?
7. 17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there
is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into
life, keep the commandments.
18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no
murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not
steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love
thy neighbour as thyself.
20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I
kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell
that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have
treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went
away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. (New
Testament, Matthew, Chapter 19)
8. Matt. 20
Jesus gives the parable of the laborers in the
vineyard—He foretells his crucifixion and
resurrection—He came to give his life as a
ransom for many. (New Testament, Matthew,
Chapter 20)

10. Matt. 20
27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your
servant: (New Testament, Matthew, Chapter 20)
Concern for my reward
11. I go back to a question I have asked before.
What's in this for me?
My reward.
Hard to see at first.
After a bit of obedience
I have experienced the blessings
Drudgery to enjoyment
I have to get up but I get to be with you.
