A study on Measuring supplier satisfaction in a buyer-supplier relationship

INTRDOUCTION
Supplier performance evaluation in buyer-
supplier relationships from the buyer
perspective is an important research issue
among researchers and practitioners
SCOPE OF STUDY
The purpose of this research is to figure out in our
company what factors influence supplier
satisfaction in buyer-supplier relationships and
how they relate to supplier satisfaction. From the
supplier's perspective, the goal of developing a
close relationship with customers is to increase
the customer's market share. This has to do with
customer retention, which is one of the most
frequently touted benefits of a good buyer-seller
relationship
OBJECTIVES
• A study on Measuring supplier satisfaction
in a buyer-supplier relationship with special
reference to Garuda fashions
• To investigate various elements that may
influence this relationship.
• To suggest various strategies to build better
relationships between buyers seller
• To analyze various factors leading to
supplier satisfaction
METHODOLOGY

• We should improve our reputation more so that we
can have more suppliers
• And Suppliers feel their needs must be met so we
should work on it more

• Population - 300
• Sample size - 102
• sampling unit: To measure the supplier satisfaction
• Sampling method: Simple random sampling
b)Tools for Data Collection- The tool used to collect
the data for the research is Questionnaires
c)Data Analysis Technique- the technique used for
data analysis is Correlation
• Most of our suppliers find satisfying working with our
company
• Majority of them don’t find any issues preventing
them from working with us
• Suppliers find the extremely well in communicating
• Most of the suppliers find the relationship is very
good between us
• Most of our suppliers feel respected working with us
• The majority of the suppliers feel we attend to
queries in an appropriate manner
• Majority of the Suppliers would like to continue our
dealing in the future
CONCLUSION
Garuda Fashion Pvt ltd needs to foster a monetary
technique that is the manner by which its strategies and
cycles ought to be grown so it is commonly helpful to
the workers and the association. From this exploration,
we can surmise that any association should be
continually given chances to master new abilities so
they don't feel dull
