To Whom It May Concern;
Tricia Loeffler has been my right hand for the last year as we created our school’s
master schedule. As a Student Information System Specialist at Yuma Educational
Technology Consortium, her direction and guidance with the implementation of our new
information system has been vital to our campus, as well as the other five schools within
the Yuma Union High School District.
Tricia has the ability to maneuver through the system new system, Illuminate, with ease.
If she is unsure about a step or a report that needs to be generated, she has no
problem communicating with the higher ups to receive guidance but she first tries to
figure it out herself. She is committed to every task that is laid before her. Work does
not scare her away; on the contrary, she is a go-getter, constantly working on ways to
ease the load for those around her.
Tricia is bright, genuine, dedicated, and well-respected by all of us who work with her on
regular bases. One can only imagine the amount of calls she receives on a regular
basis from staff members requesting assistance in a district of over of 10,000 students.
Cibola High School, which is the largest comprehensive school in our district, is
continually in need of support and Tricia is always willing and able to work with us. She
is at work bright and early every morning and is available all day long, which a huge
positive is for individuals like me that are not always technology savvy.
It is with great respect that I give you my recommendation for Tricia Loeffler, as one of
the most outstanding Student Information System Specialists I have worked with in the
last nineteen years of building master schedules for the high schools in our school
district.
