In 1999 Mark Heinze- Kansas State University ’86
and Pat Murphy founded Phoenix Renovation and
Restoration. They wanted to do insurance
restoration better, faster, and with more
professionalism. 17 years later, they have grown
from one location to three, with the newest addition
in Manhattan, KS.
Brad Heise- Kansas State University ’11 is the
District Manager for the Manhattan division. After
graduating from K-State with a degree in
Construction Science and Management, Heise
began to work for Phoenix. Brad worked his way up
from Project Manager to Associate. Heise, and his
wife Dani are excited to be back in the Manhattan
community. Heise’s goal is to get your life back to
normal.

happy circumstances, we will work together for our

Approximate Completion is difficult to estimate the
actual time that will be required to complete
restoration/ repair process. We estimate time based
upon standard industry averages, utilizing the same
computer software used by most companies.
