5. • Nelson Resources is led by industry veteran Peter Cook, who has over 30 years of experience in exploration, discovery
and mine development. He is currently Managing Director of Westgold Resources (ASX: WGX), and previously founded
Metals X (ASX: MLX) and Pantoro (ASX: PNR).
• The company is an emerging WA gold explorer with five projects in the resource rich Kalgoorlie region.
• These projects range from grassroots through to advanced exploration opportunities upon which considerable funds
have already been expended.
• The projects are situated in proximity to existing major multi-million ounce gold deposits such as Sunrise Dam (15
million ounces) and Tropicana (6.28 million ounces).
• The company strategy is toa focus on targeting growth through exploration success and acquisition opportunities.
• Nelson’s five projects, all in the Kalgoorlie region of WA are: the Wilga Well, Yarrie, Socrates, Woolshed Well and Happy
Jack.
• Nelson’s near-term aims are to expand upon the drill indicated mineralisation available at Wilga and Yarrie, in order to
generate gold resources for near-term cash flow via gate sale or toll processing.
• The company will also be re-evaluating the Socrates Project with a view to delineate economically significant gold
mineralisation.
• A systematic exploration program to understand the potential of Woolshed Well and processing of the mineralised
tailings at Happy Jack will also be undertaken.
• Market capitalisation on listing is $9.1 million with c$4.5 million cash - an attractive entry point for new investors which
provides exposure to exploration success and/or growth through acquisitions.
• This offer is currently live with existing commitments of over $4million

7. Peter Cook - Chairman (Non-Executive)
Mr Cook is a highly experienced and successful mining company executive with over 30 years relevant experience in
exploration, mining, project development and management. In recent years he has been the co-founder, Managing
Director and Chairman of Metals X Limited and is currently the Managing Director of the newly demerged Westgold
Resources Limited which operates the gold division of what was previously the diversified Metals X’s portfolio. He was
also the founder and Non-Executive Chairman of small gold producer, Pantoro Limited, resigning from that position to
focus on the advancement of Westgold Resources without conflict.
Adam Schofield - Executive Director / CEO
Mr Schofield has 20 years experience in the resources sector in Australia and Africa.
He is a mechanical engineer with significant experience in conducting feasibility studies and taking projects from
feasibility stage into operations. He has extensive experience in Gold, Copper, Mineral Sands and Iron Ore.
Brett Clark - Director (Non-Executive)
Mr Clark has 25 years’ experience in the mining and energy sectors in funding, operations and advisory. His extensive
experience ranges from project development to operations and sales and marketing in gold, nickel, coal, industrial
minerals and upstream oil and gas across a number of continents. His experience includes the US and Asian capital
markets, encompassing middle markets and structured debt, equity and mezzanine transactions.
Steve Brockhurst (Company Secretary)
Steve has 15 years’ experience in the finance and corporate advisory industry and has been responsible for the
preparation of the due diligence process and prospectuses on a number of initial public offers. His experience includes
corporate and capital structuring, corporate advisory and company secretarial services, capital raising, ASX and ASIC
compliance requirements. Steve is Company Secretary for numerous ASX listed companies. He is a Director of Mining
Corporate Pty Ltd.
