November 3, 2014 - Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE, FSE: D7H) (the “Company” or
“Commerce”) is pleased to announce that Deloitte Global Metals & Mining Group (“Deloitte”)
has been engaged to assist the Company in identifying and evaluating processing partnerships,
financing joint ventures, and/or offtake opportunities for the development of its 100% owned
Ashram Rare Earth Element Deposit in Quebec, and Upper Fir Tantalum and Niobium Deposit
in British Columbia, Canada.
