土砂災害との関係
平成29年九州北部豪雨
雨のレーダデータ(XRAIN)のXバンドのデータ
はDIASからダウンロード可能→一部欠落あり
XRAINは2種類のデータが存在
XバンドMPレーダ
CバンドMPレーダ
今回は両方を合成したデータ(X+C)を利用
X+Cとは
福岡と熊本の両方のXバンドMPレーダ
のデータを用い、降雨減衰による死角
を極力なくす
さらに、減衰に強いCバンドMPレーダ
も利用
2つのレーダの特徴
強雨時の観測精度 さらに強い雨による降雨減衰

平成29年九州北部豪雨(2)
水俣(同じ花崗岩)では土石流は 3時間で
122mmの雨が発生限界降雨と解析(森山ら
2004)
久留米で1時間120mm、朝倉で129.5mmと水
俣の1/3の時間で同程度の雨が降った。
歴史資料からは150年に1回程度か?
流域メッシュ
国土地理院からダウンロードしたデータを使用
約100mメッシュ=>約4万3千メッシュ
朝倉市、東峰村、日田市北部を切り出し

たので、到達時間を確認できるはず→現在、対応
するAMeDASのデータ収集中
斜面要素法の崩壊面積を求める式との比較
リアルタイムに崩壊面積を求め、Webで表示する
防災情報システム
他の事例(ex. S47上天草大水害)との比較
