• SM’s high-quality technical equipment for casting and machining
includes many sets of large vertical, double-head, carrying idler, and single-
head centrifugal casting machines. The manufacturing equipment has
basically met the demands of centrifugal castings used for medium and
large-sized enterprises in the country. For special shaped casting,sand
casting and metal mould casting processes can also be employed
accordingly.
为确保砂型的质量，我厂分别建了50立方米和30立方米可以实时监控温度的干燥窑。加工设备包括卧式车床，立式
车床，刨床，镗床，和各类钻床，其中新设备占90%以上，为生产提供可靠支持。
To ensure a better quality of sand mould drying, one 50m³ and one 30m³ desiccation kilns have been constructed
which can real-time monitor temperature. Machining equipments include horizontal lathe, vertical lathe, planer, boring
lathe, millers and drillers of various types, among which new equipment make up over 90%, providing reliable support
for the products machining.
