12.7.2004 – 12.1.2006 – technology department – pressure and
nonpressure parts - creating the technological procedures for
fabrication for all types of equipment based on the technical
drawings. These procedures were the basic input for fabrication
of all goods.
13.1.2006 – department of project realisation. It was direct
responsibility for the whole project – communication with
customer (briefly, by phone) on daily basis. It was responsibility
2. for the quality, costs and manufacture based on approved time
schedule and mostly also for delivery on site.
1.7.2012 – 30.11.2012 – Purchasing department – position

1.12.2012 - Assignee CEO for QMS and EMS – responsibility for
the QMS – ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 as the whole
systems (managing the documentation, distribution the all types
of documents – quality and environmental manuals, plan of
internal audits, quality policy and whole documentation on the
2nd and 3rd level, solving the noncomformities, doing the internal
and external audits. During this year I hade already 2 certification
audits for both systems according to standards EN ISO
9001:2008 and EN ISO 14001:2004.
Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the activities needed for creating,
implementation, maintanance and certification and certification
Quality management system (QMS) and Environmental
manageemnt system (EMS) according to the actual valid
standard
- Is responsible for the fact, that actual version of the all
documents is according to the requirements of EN 9001:2008
and EN ISO 14001:2004
- Continuous informing the top management of the company
with the actual status of both systems (QMS and EMS) and
with level of the improvement
- Is responsible for continuous improvement of efficiency of the
QMS and EMS by internal audits and by CA and PA

- To carry out root cause analysis (RCA) according to ISO
9001:2008 and ENEL procedures to determine the prime
cause of nonconformity (5Why, 4M or any suitable technique)
- To prepare corrective and preventive actions (CA/PA)
according to ISO 9001:2008 and ENEL procedures and with
the purpose of eliminating the prime cause of Non conformity
in order to prevent its repeatability.
- To carry out continuous improvement analysis by using the
PDCA – plan, do, check, act technique according to IDO
9001:2008
- Continualy improve the effectiveness quality management
system through to use the quality policy, quality objectives,
audits results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive
actions and management review.
