VISION
To be the centralized business resource and entrepreneurship training and building center for all
young women in Zimbabwe.
Mission
To bring together young women in business across all industries providing opportunities that will
help themselves and their businesses grow individually and professionally through entrepreneur
ship, leadership, networking support, marketing support and national recognition.
3. Aims and Objectives
1. To encourage economic empowerment amongst young women under the age of
35.
2. To promote and increase the knowledge of business amongst young women.
3. To empower young women with marketing skills and networking knowledge to
help them in their business.
4. To enhance young women participation in the economic development of the
country.

5. To promote and facilitate projects in creating donor confidence through project
formulation, implementation and monitoring for young women in business or
that are looking at starting their own businesses.
6. To efficiently gather, disseminate and communicate objective information
about/on networking, marketing and business opportunities for young women
in business.
7. To connect, promote, and inspire individuals, small businesses and companies
along with entrepreneurs to network, meet potential customers and display their
wonderful products or services. (young women)
5. Who can join?
The beneficiaries of the ZYWiB programs shall be any person in Zimbabwe who has proved beyo
nd reasonable doubt they are 35 years and under, be a woman and needing assistance with their
business or wanting to network with other young women.

Girls empowerment programs (in primary
schools, secondary schools and colleges).
