Time Line
■ ream clothing co. has been operational since 2015.
■ 2016- Teatertoter becomes ream clothing co.
■ 2016- The SBU starts working on its first product, the embroidery
■ 2019- The SBU starts to articulate interest via video
■ 2019- ream clothing co. starts to sell its product the DTG printed t-shirt
■ 2019- The SBU articulates interest via Social works
■ 2020- The SBU uses music to articulate interest
■ 2020- ream clothing co. produces a clothing line
■ 2022- The SBU releases its product the Podcast
■ 2023- ream clothing co. announces it’s product “take finish” a catalogue
A retail service
■ This SBU plans to make a retail entry. In these stores, products are going to
be strategically placed alongside competitor products. The store is going to
have a designated area for the ream clothing co. merchandise.
■ Mission: To provide casual attire, apparel and or clothing as a medical relief
for irritated epidermis.
■ Vision: To provide clothing, attire, and or apparel to many different
demographics while promoting a life style that values fluidity and fun.
■ Slogan: The tide of the relief are worth the spoils.
Revenue
■ This SBU has a product line. This means that ream clothing co. Has multiple
products to offer. These products are on sale for a one time payment.
■ The products in the product line are as follows:
■ Colored golf shirts,- These shirts are the traditional golf shirt. These shirts
have a ream clothing co. embroidery on the chest. This product is available
for a one time purchase.
■ The plain white tee- These shirts have a ream clothing co. embroidery on the
chest. This product is available for a one time purchase.
■ The Take Finish catalogue- This product is a bounded book with graphic
pictures of the current people in the SBU. This product is available for a one
time purchase.
Competition
■ This SBU has a political interest in the concepts of capitalism and free market
economics. It uses techniques of diplomacy to support the liberal cause. The
domestic competition is “Bang On.” Bang On is located in Metro Town Mall,
like ream clothing co, they provide custom t-shirts – DTG.
■ Cintas is another domestic competitor. This a domestic uniform maker and
upkeeper.
■ Foreign competition includes- Lacoste and le tigre. These companies are
makers of golf shirts. ream clothing co. is focused on its Social and Scholar
works to differentiate itself from those.
Trends
■ This SBU is focused on casual and urban fast fashion. As the economy slumps,
it is expected that customers turn to value. This SBU provides high quality
clothing articles which are priced competitively. The philosophy here is that
the customer is not purchasing the item but rather the meaning of the item.
Ream clothing co. customers are going to purchase it’s products for what it
does. As ream clothing co. uses techniques of diplomacy, this remains the
current meaning of its products in a dynamic domestic enviornment. For
example, the previous Mayor of Surrey gives tee-shirts in their events to
appeal to a younger demographic. ream clothing co. Builds on that.
Problem
■ The problem this SBU is working on is diplomacy. This SBU uses techniques of
interest articulation and interest aggregation in cooperation with other SBU’s
to deliver political objectives. In this, ream clothing co. Is certain that it’s
products are delivered under policy objectives that adhere to ethics.
Target audience
■ This SBU’s target audience is young adults. Young adults are the demographic
that has a lot of say with regards to influence. ream clothing co. Hopes to
use it’s products to appeal to this demographic. ream clothing co. promotes
a lifestyle of liberalism. With consideration of the demographic in question,
this SBU believe that the younger audience has higher rates of supporting such
cause.
What is it now Today?
■ ream clothing co. started as teatertoter. To this day, its clothing offerings are
considerate of the political spectrum. This means that the SBU has remained
true to its cause. In the future, this SBU is going to be tackling matters of
diplomacy through its products. These diplomacy products are going to be
offered free of charge and further they are going to be used for venues
wherein the company is going to distribute those to interested parties. We are
certain people are going to find value in these as it supports major political
objectives.
Business risk
■ Politics can be contentious and proof of this is H&M. This SBU is going to be
supporting various political objectives. This is may cause disgruntled
customers who may be upset with the current objectives that the SBU is
tasked with supporting or publicizing through interest articulation propaganda.
Henceforth, this SBU must use contingency planning to reduce the odds of
contention.
■ The high cost of stocking a product in a retailer is of concern.
