projects managed include transfer and qualification of product lines to a new facility, leading a

Position: Engineer/Instructor
Responsibilities: Internal consultant within ITT, providing instruction in TQM methodologies to
any interested facility and followed up the instruction with hands-on facilitation of improvement
activities at the facility. Investigated quality methods, via training and study missions, visiting
over 100 sites in US, Canada, Japan and Europe. Consulted in various capacities at 26 sites in
diverse businesses such as biomedical manufacturing, steel stamping, assembly and site
management contracts.
