Dear Landlord,
I am writing to inform you that there are a few maintenance items that need to
be addressed in Apartment C5.
1. The grout between the bathtub and tile is cracking both on the floor and
around the shower wall. This has just been repaired this past summer and
is starting to crack again.
2. When turning the hot water on it comes out freezing cold for at least 30
seconds before it even comes out warm. But I am more concerned with the
minimum amount of hot water being provided. The hot water faucet needs
to be turned almost completely to the highest setting to get the proper
amount of hot water for a warm shower and after the water starts to come
out warm enough for a shower it will only be enough for about a 5 minute
before starting to get colder and is completely used up in about 10 minutes.
