1. I
was
privileged
to
review
a
concert
on
Friday
night
at
the
Troubadour
Club
based
in
Earls
Court.
Fortunately
I
was
one
of
the
first
to
arrive
at
the
venue
as
moment’s
later
guests
started
streaming
in
and
the
club
was
filled
with
a
vibrant
excited
crowd.
The
first
artist
to
step
out
on
stage
was
Marisa
Taylor
from
Canada.
Marisa
captured
her
audience
as
she
sang
a
collection
of
well
known
songs.
One
song
that
captured
the
audience
was
her
version
of
Hallelujah,
which
left
the
audience
clapping
and
cheering.
Marissa
also
entertained
us
with
two
of
her
own
songs
that
allowed
us
to
hear
and
understand
her
love
for
music
in
her
own
words.
After
Marisa’s
performance
I
noticed
that
some
of
the
guests
left
the
club
and
at
the
same
time
new
guests
were
arriving
for
the
second
performance
of
the
evening.
The
second
artist
to
take
the
stage
was
Emma
Topolski.
Emma
is
from
the
UK
and
enjoys
performing
at
various
venues
across
the
UK.
Emma’s
voice
could
be
compared
to
the
likes
of
Nora
Jones,
which
she
beautifully
illustrated
in
her
choice
of
songs
like,
believe
it
or
not,
Britney
Spears.
Emma
also
sang
some
of
her
owns
songs
that
left
the
audience
clapping
and
tapping
their
feet
to
the
brilliant
beat.
Emma
knew
how
to
work
the
crowd
and
was
begged
by
the
audience
to
sing
yet
another
song
–
what
a
gifted
artist!
Watching
these
two
artists
makes
me
realise
that
there
are
so
many
unfound
artists
in
this
world
still
to
be
discovered.
What
an
amazing
night
out!!
