our philosophy
Johns Hopkins Innovation Factory is a collaborative organization dedicated to
connecting capital with cutting-edge entrepreneurship. We believe that by connecting
students, faculty, friends, and alumni from Hopkins’ nine schools, we can help
develop a thriving ecosystem in which ideas are shared, problems are solved, and
opportunity is cultivated. Through our strategic initiatives we will create, foster, and
nurture the entrepreneurial spirit throughout the Johns Hopkins community.

Weekly Meetings
To foster rapid innovation, we hold
weekly lunch meetings as a way to
encourage an open environment for
entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas for
critical feedback, discuss pressing
issues, and hear inspiring speakers and
learn from each other’s lessons

organization.
Entrepreneurs, marketers, pre-law students, doctors, engineers, and
accountants of Hopkins join together to foster innovation throughout
our community. Members help plan events, find startups, become
founders of their own startups and more. Members are the core to
our network and are essential to our collective success.

on how to best execute their idea
using Innovation Factory resources.

recruit speakers, organize workshops.
