The law of the land in Costa Rica. The expression is used in
many forms, from a greeting, to a synonym for "excellent."
Ticos follow this lifestyle and are some of the most
wonderful people on earth. A synonym of "hakuna
matata." Life is wonderful; enjoy it.

3. Nómada was founded in 2011 as a first co working space in Costa
Rica and interestingly enough, we are still only one co working space
in whole Costa Rica.
About us
Since then, we keep innovating and growing in different
sectors and became a young business group who can
understand and accommodate different need of all type of
client.

4. Although more executive style, we manage to maintain affordable price
and quality service. Which include high speed internet, free coffee,
cleaning and all utilities like water and maintenance fee, basic reception
and so on.
Nómada Lindora was the first co working space ever established in
Costa Rica in 2011, total size more than 4,500 sqft.
After series of renovation, Nómada Lindora consist of 15 offices(size & type
varies), 3 meeting rooms, and more than 10 individual working space.
To adapt and accommodate local needs, first Nómada was designed as
a more executive type. Including individual offices, meeting rooms,
and individual working spaces.

12. Since opening, people come and useNómada not just for working but also for
classes, meeting, and even for start-up weekend.
San José, capital city of Costa Rica, is divided by sector of east and west.
Although very close in distance, two different sector represent very
different demographics and culture.
To comply with different need, we design this local with different concept.
Even though, we manage to maintain same concept and sprit of
Nómada with more open but well divided space.
To accommodate young and entrepreneur type client, we open second
Nómada in east sector in 2012, which is located very close to
Universidad de Costa Rica.

21. After opening Antares, some client ask us, do we have a event space which can
hold more than 50 people. So we created space to adapt our client’s need. It
happen to be in the basement, so we name this space as basement.
Simple like that.
We design this space, not only for formal event, but also for fun and party.
So we install complete sound and light system. Just one snap, this place
can be flipped to best party place you would imagine.

29. Tico pub and deli was born to support operation of basement. Tico pub for
party and event, deli for catering purpose. Although individually
operated, tico pub and deli share same goal and ideas, and even run
by key staff of Nómada.
Nómada Lindora, tico pub, deli, and basement are all located in
same commercial complex. Thus we can “co-work” all the time
and cope with whatever need of client as a team.

36. You may say. Ok, you have good line of business, so what?
We may say. Yes, we have done our best and achieved some, but our best is
still not good enough.
We believe Costa Rica is a paradise, but we don’t deny it is still developing
country and have some good and bad. Yet, co working is not common nor
popular concept here and new born start ups are barely seen, even though
some people are really trying.
Honestly speaking, we believe aliance with variety of co-working space and
enterpreur in the state would stilmulate kind of stagnant business environment
here.
We really wish to find way for our mutually benefit, so we try to suggest what
might serve your interest.

37. 3. Seminar, Team building, start up weekend
Even in start up world, people are quite conservative in organizing these things.
Why don’t you think out of the box? We are all entrepreneurs and we love
challenges.
2. Temporarily relocation
Compare to the state, cost of living is still relatively low in Costa Rica.
Especially for new start-ups, temporarily relocate here would be a good
choice to meet initial tight budget.

Costa Rica is well know for highly educated man power. Yes, if you try, you
may find some local talent . And we are willing to help.
Creativity comes from changes. What about a week away to work in different e
environment, including couple of days relaxing in the tropical beach?
Especially in snowy, freezing winter times.

38. Conclusion
 Everything is possible but not everything is probable, unless we
reach out and keep asking ourselves why not.
 It may sound like a void proposition for some, we believe it might
ring a bell to someone out there.
 We know Costa Rica, and above all, we love Costa Rica. We
wish this country have a more exposure to the world thus have
more dynamics and energy.
 So we are reaching out first to the world and planting a seed.
