In this presentation we outline the profile and the mission of TheFSM project, the steps and the timeline of the pilots that the Foodakai 2.0 software will be tested as well as the training sessions that will be delivered to the pilot participants. Furthermore, we define the way that the pilots and the feedback collection will be deployed, mentioning also the team that will provide support for the pilot participants.
