CAREER OBJECTIVE:
I am currently seeking long term, full time employment and preparing for
NPDP/PDY (National Provisional Development Program) as a provisional Medical Radiation
Practitioner Diagnostic Radiographer in the Radiology Department. My previous experience;
working in Liverpool and Blacktown hospital, Maroubra Medical Imagining, Ray scan
Imagining and volunteering in Liverpool Public Hospital. It has given me
the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to integrate into this field of work. I believe
my hard work ethic, loyalty to my employer and dedication to the task that I am given, and
my drive to succeed will prove myself as an asset to any prospective employer.

(MRI) from the University of Queensland
KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Through my previous work placements, I have gained the knowledge, skills and experience
to work in Trauma Radiography, General Radiography, Mobile and Theatre.
•In depth knowledge of x-ray procedures and equipment (DR& CR) and sound knowledge of
anatomy, pathology as well as radiation safety principles
•High ability and efficiency in using imaging equipment in x-ray tube
and Orthopantogram (OPG)
•Possess the ability to set up acquisitions, positioning and displaying routine studies..
•Uphold confidentiality in explaining procedures whilst using appropriate language
•Self-motivated, hard working, detail-oriented and excellent communication skills with High
level of both verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with patients and
colleagues
•Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in teams as evident through work and university

WORK EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
Successfully have been completed 4 clinical placements in clinical centres around
Sydney.25 weeks of clinical placements at Liverpool hospital, Blacktown Hospital, Maroubra
Medical Imaging and Ray Scan Imaging Liverpool.
Practicum:
Liverpool hospital: volunteering
January -April 2014 :( 6 _8 weeks)
Working independently under supervision and showing responsibility and accountability.
Has the ability to interact with all types of pts positively.
•Apply practical knowledge from past experience to clinical scenarios.

Liverpool Hospital:

•Participated in some of Paediatrics procedures
Blacktown Hospital:
January- February: 2011 (6 Weeks)
•Starting performing duties in general x-ray in Radiology Department.
•Completed competency assessment in chest and ribs.
•Spent one week in operating theatre for observation and demonstrate an understanding of the
surgery being carried out, and what the role of imaging was in the procedure.
Liverpool hospital:
July–August 2011 (6 Weeks)
•Received a written document from clinical supervisor to prove my capability of performing
chest, abdomen and some in upper and lower extremities.
•Participated in operating theatre.
Maroubra medical imaging:
November–December 2011 (6 Weeks)
•Completed all competencies in Abdomen, pelvis, hips, spine, chest, upper and lower
extremities with successful achievement in private practice settings.
•Participated and observation in some BMD procedures.
•Working independently under supervision and showing responsibility and accountability.
Ray scan imaging Liverpool:
June-July 2012 (6weeks)
