To Whom It May Concern:
I have worked with Tewodros Kebede for the last 6 years at JPMorgan Chase and
Livingston International. For the majority of that time Tewodros has reported directly to
me as his team leader. I was very sorry to see that recent organizational cut-backs
resulted in the loss of Tewodros from our Operational Support team, as he was a valued
member of our company.
Tewodros is dependable, prompt, trustworthy, and always eager to take on any task that
is asked of him. Since the majority of our team is located in the United States, he has had
to work many hours unsupervised and on his own with no issues. I could always trust
that if I asked him to take care of any problem, Tewodros would have it completed by the
time I got into the office the following day.
Tewodros is a great team player and always willing to pitch in to help out his teammates
with their workload. He is also very enthusiastic to learn new skills and applications.
Over the years Tewodros was tasked with many responsibilities including, but not limited
to, the nightly application of government compliance updates, making sure data was
loaded, troubleshooting application failures, as well as the creation of documentation and
training of several operational procedures. He has handled all of these responsibilities
well and would be a welcome addition to any company.
