 Possessing extensive experience in the pharmaceutical
industry, Terrell Herring operates as the president of
Alamo Pharma Services, Inc., in Doylestown,
Pennsylvania. Terrell (“Terry”) Herring also serves on the
Advisory Board of BioAgilytix, a contract testing services
provider.
Recently, BioAgilytix partnered with biological materials
developer ATCC to begin development of custom cell-
based assays. These assays are intended to accelerate
biopharmaceutical research. Through the agreement,
ATCC will assume responsibility for creating relevant tools
and reagents, including customized cell lines and primary
cells. These tools and reagents will complement the
existing array of assay solutions engineered by
BioAgilytix.

3. CELL-BASED ASSAY SOLUTIONS
 The resulting products will help R&D teams establish the
stability of new therapeutic products and determine
potency, safety, and efficacy. The partnership is expected
to have a significant impact on the biopharmaceutical
market and help speed the development for many
innovative therapies with the potential of helping patients
in need. BioAgilytix already supports 23 of the top 25
biotech and pharma companies in the world, and this
partnership will help provide even better services.
According to the terms of the agreement, ATCC will
receive a minority equity stake in BioAgilytix and assume
a place on its commercial advisory board.
