I have recently viewed your advertisement for a position and I would like to submit my
letter along with my application form for this position. I have graduated from Virginia
Commonwealth University this past May 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological
Sciences with a concentration in Pre-medical studies and two minors in Psychology and
Chemistry.
I am now seeking a position as a start in the real world to gain experience and knowledge.
I pay great attention to detail in my work. I am very well organized and detail-oriented in
the workplace. I do have a extensive background in managing and handling cash. I am
applying for this opportunity because working in the medical field is my ultimate goal,
next to becoming a physician one day and I would love to learn more. Taking up this
opportunity would help expand my knowledge in this area and strengthen my skills in
customer service. Having obtained my degree in Biology at VCU has really helped to
prepare me for this opportunity and I hope to apply my knowledge and skills to real life
circumstances.
