BAHA was established in 2004 in Jordan, BAHA is classified by the Government
Tenders Directorate in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Jordan as a
Grade”1”, Class “A”, which is the highest rank of consultancy in Jordan. We specialize

Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Design, Urban Planning, Interior Design and

Architectural Engineer - Damascus University – Syria- 1979.
A professional expert in urban planning and architectural design, he participated in
arbitration of several architectural competitions, he also contributed in many architectural
competitions and won several awards.
Majed Tabba’a, a well-known professional regulation architect & planner with 36 years
of experience. Over his various & reputable list of projects, he was able to maintain a
leadership role in managing cross company teams efforts through an effective &
motivating monitoring strategies, producing, managing & coordinating the design process
from schematic phases to contract documents. He was able to embrace & implement the
local regulations & procedural legislation that should be applied to any project
Mr. Tabba'a nowadays is the vice president for Jordan Engineers Association, and he is
managing several architectural projects such as hospitals, commercial centers, industrial
buildings, mosques, villas….etc.
He was the chief of (Me'amaryoon) magazine which published by JEA, and he was the
chief of Jordanians Architects Committee.
Ayman Riad Shreim
