Welcome and Introductions(The next step is to hand out laptops – but before teachers receive the laptops or turn them on, we need to warn them about setting up Microsoft Outlook on their own – as it was the first thing some teachers did in the first module)The Microsoft Outlook shortcut is present on the START menu – but teachers should not click on this to set the application up themselves – it can download all of their messages from the server to their laptop. If they would like to use the desktop version – they may make the request via work order.2. Hand out laptops – ask that teachers turn them on and log into Novell
