Šiuo metu Lietuvoje daugiau nei 34 tūkst. daugiabučių namų yra
energiškai neefektyvūs ir turėtų būti renovuojami.
2016 m. – 2019 m. buvo baigti 1682 renovacijos projektai.
Tai rodo, kad planai ir lūkesčiai neatitinka realaus renovacijos
įgyvendinimo greičio.
Reikalingi nauji ir efektyvūs renovacijos įgyvendinimo būdai, kurie
esamą procesą paspartintų.
