Modernizing equipment, replacing old equipment with specialist cookery food &
beverage equipment to a high commercial standard.
My students have won numerous medals and competitions at a national and
regional level including 21 gold medals.
Three students have been awarded scholarships and 10 student apprenticeships
including Soul, Skycity, Tribeca, and Meredith’s. Pioneering the Chef Extension
program for gifted and talented which is run by ex-pupils who return to train and
inspire our students.

Class numbers have gone from 8 to 19 classes for Food with an average pass rate
for NCEA of 95% for Hospitality (2012-2014)
