Our culture deck does not aim to define what is "right" or
"wrong". Rather, it outlines how we have chosen to work
together to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. It serves
as a guide for our shared values, principles, and practices
that have proven to be successful for us as a team.

share similar behaviours and beliefs, whether
knowingly or unknowingly.
so why not create a culture we love

The Tangle Manifesto
This manifesto will show us how Tanglers, the people at
Tangle, behave and what they believe in.
1.Respecteveryone,
everywhere
Before being anything, we are humans. So we

treat others how we want to be treated - with respect,
kindness, and an open mind. No matter where you are
or who you're with, let's make respect the norm.
2.Weareasportsteam
Weshouldbealwayskeepcollaborationover
competition.Weareheretoachieveasharedgoal, 

soyeahleavethepoliticstothepoliticians.
3. Be an energy giver, not a taker
- Let's all be energy vampires and suck the life out of each
other!" - said no one at Tangle Design ever. 


- We believe in giving energy, not taking it. So let's bring the
positivity, enthusiasm, and good vibes every day!
4. Respect your teammates’ time
- Let's face it, time is the one thing we can never get back.
So, let's make sure we're not wasting each other's. 


- When it comes to work, if you can have a conversation in 2
mins. instead of 10, we expect it to happen in 2 mins.
4. Respect your teammates’ time
- Before scheduling a meeting, ask yourself: Can this be
solved through a simple message, email, or call? Let's save
everyone's time and avoid unnecessary meetings.


- Each meeting should have an owner with an agenda, who
keeps everyone on track, & moves towards the goal of the
meeting.
5.Earsbeforemouth
- Before you speak, listen. And before you react, think. We're
all ears here, so let's make sure to use them wisely. And if in
doubt, listen some more. Coz at the end, it’s all about us.
6.Results,nothours
We're not here to count the time you spend at work, but the
impact you make. Work smarter, not longer. So don't just sit
there burning the midnight oil, focus on what truly matters,
and let you results speak for themselves.
7.Consistency>Talent
It'snotjustaboutbeingarockstarforadayortwo.
Remember,talentcantakeyouplaces,butconsistencywill
takeyouevenfurther.Don'tjustrelyonyournaturalabilities,
honeyourskillsandputintheworkeveryday.Remember,
consistencybeatsouttalenteverytime.
8.Fixitlikeaboss
- No one is perfect, neither are we. If you see something
broken, don't just complain. Roll up your sleeves, bring your
awesome ideas to the table with a can-do attitude,

and just fix it.
9. Operate with sense of urgency
We move like we've got a fire under our butts. We don't
waste time dilly-dallying around, but instead we act quickly
and with purpose. We're all about moving with a sense of
urgency to get things done on time.
10. End every conversation with
Every work conversation should must end this way, to make
sure you and your team are on the same page regarding the
next actions and agree on a timeline.

11. Every week ask yourself
- What did you do this week?
- Don't live your life like you have a thousand years. Every
week, take a moment to reflect on what you accomplished
and what you still want to achieve. This way, you'll stay
focused on your goals and make the most out of every day.

- Don’t solve for your personal interests at the expense of
the company.
- Don’t solve for your company’s interests at the expense
of the customer.
- At Tangle, we don’t want to sell services everytime. We
believe Relationship > Selling. 


- It’s important to build stronger relationship with everyone
to go a long way.

- We don't believe in using titles to win an argument. It's not
about who has the most impressive job title; it's about who
has the data to back up their argument.
- With great freedom comes great responsibility. So take the
freedom and own the responsibility!


- We will only show you the direction where we are heading
to, you can choose the vehicle you want. Just make sure you
stay safe and reach on time.

- Stay Hungry is for knowledge. Always stay curious to
increase your knowledge.


- Stay Foolish is for: Never consider oneself an expert but a
fool in order to learn more from others.
