Tammy Patten has been employed with the Ministry of Finance since March 27, 2006 in the position of
Data Processing Clerk and Data Entry Team Leader.
During this time, Tammy’s performance was outstanding in both of these roles.
Tammy is a true self starter, maintaining a solid performance with no supervision. She is very efficient,
and highly productive. She regularly showed an extremely high capacity for dealing with heavy
workloads and extra duties. Tammy has excellent keyboarding skills, exceeding the unit standards of
10,000 key strokes per hour and the quality of her work is outstanding.
Tammy also proved to be a very valuable team member. She is an excellent team builder and contributor
to her workplace. Tammy has exceptional communication and analytical skills. She was very popular
with both staff and management for her assistance to others.
Tammy is a natural organizer, with a good, practical approach to the most demanding work situations.
Her high quality work and obvious aptitude for organization led to her promotion to Team Leader of the
data entry section in August 2009. Tammy’s assistance and her ability to train new and temporary staff
was very helpful. She showed a clear talent for supervision, and introduced innovative workflow methods
which contributed greatly to the section’s productivity.
Tammy is an extremely reliable person, with a well-developed ability to create and promote good
workplace relationships. As a team leader, she showed many good motivational and morale building
skills, creating a positive work environment.
I highly recommend Tammy Patten for employment. She would make a great asset to any organization.
