Produced original reports for radio program broadcast to Cambodia, with
global online audience. Collaborated with team to produce weekly TV

• Broke news involving the environmental watchdog Global Witness,
the US health crisis of visiting Cambodian Foreign Minister, and
the plight of Cambodian deportees from the U.S.

Investigated gross violations of the U.N. Optional Protocol Against
Torture. Lobbied Cambodian government for new law establishing
independent authority to monitor abuses in prisons and police custody.
Documented abuses of Cambodia’s criminal procedures. Monitored land-

lawyers in Hong Kong. Organized community discussions on

information about their basic rights and how to navigate the
