A highly motivated, energetic and responsible young leader with seven years of experience in
social change communication and strategic partnership development. Excellent fund-raising and
communicating skills and a proven ability to motivate people, lead groups and manage projects
to the highest standard. During the last seven years, has overcome enormous challenges in
finding donors to lead the Fund-raising Team at Center for Studies and Applied Sciences in
Gender – Family – Women and Adolescent (CSAGA Vietnam) to raise nearly one million US
dollars to implement programs on women’s rights and children’s rights, and created a strong
network of 200 national and international organisations to act to promote the rights of
vulnerable people in Vietnam. Was invited by the Governor of the Washington State to give a
speech about women and democracy at the Governor’s Mansion in 2012, talked with President
Bill Clinton about Gender Equality at the Global Conference of Women’s Shelters, Washington
D.C. 2012.
