1. SUMMARY
Please check the approved Journal List you provided from China. All journals are both SSCI and SCOPUS.
To clarify your confusion about SSCI and SCOPUS = plz note, all SCI/SSCI/SCIE/ESCI journals are listed in both Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus. From the above background infor-
mation on Scopus and WoS, it means SCI=SSCI=SCIE=ESCI = Web of Science = Clarivate Company Ranking or SCI=SSCI=SCIE=ESCI = Scopus = Elsevier.
All experts say both companies are good so we must choose based on our own best fit (follow Q ranking you want and pricing budget).
Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 Ranking is for China and some other countries, not all over the world. There are Q1 journals which don’t have Scopus and WoS. Plz clear this concept also. Q ranking
is separate. Q1 with only SSCI or Scopus is NOT HIGHEST ranking journal. Q1 with both SSCI and Scopus is the highest rank journal, but they will be very expensive.
Web of Science is an online subscription-based scientific citation indexing service origi-
nally produced by the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI), now maintained by Clari-
vate Analytics. It includes 34,200 journals along with numerous books, proceedings,
