  3. 3. • Be known, visible, accessible Brand • Have a clear story to tell • Educate the unaware • Hard-facts add credibility • Emotionalize your story • Always use the people’s angle • The 360o of what you do, you behave, communicate is THEIR Brand experience • Avoid to be associated with politics; always blur your cause • Be a thought leader voice in your field • Build a network of partners, volunteers, ambassadors, supporters • Choose 1-2 communication channels • Communicate selectively, but constantly • Communicate news-valid stories • Use experiential approach in your external outreach (media, events, web) • Always inform Society on your results; show transparency, create goodwill
